These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between Nevomahome GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the users (hereinafter "Customers") of the services offered on the website nevomahome.com.
The subject matter of the contract includes the provision of information, analyses, and planning aids related to real estate as part of a long-term financial strategy. These are exclusively advisory contents. The Provider does not provide legal or tax advice and does not broker specific real estate investments.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties
2.1 Obligations of the Provider

2.2 Obligations of the Customer

4. Contract Duration and Termination

5. Amendment of the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC. The amended terms will be communicated to the Customer by email or by publication on the website.
Unless the Customer objects to the amendments in writing within four weeks of notification, they are deemed approved. The Provider will specifically point out this legal consequence in the notification.
6. Final Provisions and Contact
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of the Provider.
Should a provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
